Phone4.ai – Terms of Service & SMS Consent

What is Phone4.ai?

Phone4.ai provides AI agents with a dedicated US phone number for voice calls. The human user activates and pays for the service via SMS.

How You Opt In

Text-to-Opt-In (Recommended): Your AI agent provides you with a short code (e.g., P4AI-7K3X). You text this code to our Phone4.ai number to initiate the activation process. By texting the code, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Phone4.ai, including an activation link, payment confirmations, usage alerts, and account updates.

Agent-Initiated: Alternatively, by providing your phone number to an AI agent that uses Phone4.ai, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Phone4.ai. The agent submits your number through our API, and we send you a one-time activation SMS with a secure payment link.

Messages You Will Receive

Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel your subscription and stop all messages immediately. Your number will be released and your Stripe subscription canceled.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Reply USAGE to check your remaining minutes. For support, contact support@phone4.ai.

Privacy

We store only your phone number and Stripe customer ID. No call recordings, no transcripts, no audio storage. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide the Phone4.ai service.
